2019 Scoutmasters Camporee

IMPORTANT REMINDERS AND UPDATES:

  1. EVENT AND VISITOR PATCHES ARE ONLY GUARANTEED FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO PRE-REGISTER BY JANUARY 31, 2019!
  2. UNITS NEED TO REGISTER FOR A SITE IN THEIR AREA (Packs in Pack (P) Sites, Other Youth Groups in Other Youth Group (G) Sites, and Scouts BSA Troops and Crews in Scout Sites).  If your unit needs to be close to another unit of a different type, please select sites near each other in the appropriate areas for each unit.  
  3. Units must pay for all sites they want to reserve, and site reservation fees do NOT include any participants.
  4. Only one unit per site unless prior authorization is received from the Chief.
  5. ALL ADULTS MUST REGISTER TO BE AT THE EVENT AND WEAR AN ARMBAND AT ALL TIMES! Anyone not wearing an armband will not be permitted to participate in activities and will be asked to leave the activity area for the safety of the scouts. Siblings under the age of 5 do not need to be paid for, but cannot participate in events.

RETURNING UNITS

If you would like to reserve the same site(s) as last year, you have until September 30th to guarantee your same spot.  After that, all sites will be open to first come, first served.  Overflow sites will not be available unless all other sites are full.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PUT IN INFORMATION FOR EACH TICKET TYPE YOU SELECT, BUT NOT FOR EACH PERSON. PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETELY FILL OUT THE FIRST TICKET INFO, AND THEN PUT IN THE UNIT LEADER NAME, UNIT TYPE AND NUMBER CORRECTLY FOR ALL OTHERS ON EACH TRANSACTION.  YOU CAN ENTER A SPACE OR SINGLE CHARACTER TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL TO ENTER.  IF YOU COME BACK AFTER CHECKING OUT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS SAME PROCESS AGAIN.

Initial Registration Instructions:

To reserve your campsite(s) at the 2019 Scoutmasters Camporee, pay for portalets, and / or participants:

  1. To reserve a site, locate the site number and select 1 from the drop down menu - you will pay for each site you select.
    Each campsite holds approximately 30 campers.  Scouts BSA and Crew sites are sites 1 to 76, Cub Scout sites are sites P1 - P47, and Other Youth Group sites are sites 112 - 126 (Please see the 2018 map at http://www.smcc.us)
  2. If you would like to reserve the same site(s) as last year, please refer to the final map from the 2017 Camporee at http://www.smcc.us.  Campsites that are not listed above are already reserved.  
  3. To pay for participants or portalets at this time, select the quantity next to each option you would like to pay for at this time. (Adults, Youth, Day Passes and Portalets)
  4. Click the gray box at the bottom of the screen that says "Select registration options and Continue."
  5. Fill out the registration form on the 2nd screen.
  6. Select Credit Card as the payment option and complete payment.
  7. You will receive an email receipt.  If you do not, then you are not properly registered.

To add additional participants, portalets or sites - follow the above directions and select the appropriate items.
